Pre-live version: POSH Manufacturing’s registered company details, payment provider details and final legal review must be completed before live consumer payments are enabled.

1. Bespoke orders

Products are made to order. Customer-specific dimensions, finishes, materials and other requirements recorded in the approved specification form part of the order.

2. Price and payment

Product prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is calculated separately unless expressly included. POSH’s intended trading model requires 100% payment before materials are purchased and manufacturing begins.

3. Specification approval

Customers must review and approve their specification before payment. Any requested change after approval may affect price, production time or feasibility and must be agreed by POSH.

4. Production

Estimated lead times are estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates unless POSH expressly agrees otherwise. Bespoke production may include material procurement, fabrication, epoxy curing, finishing and quality checks.

5. Natural materials

Natural timber may vary in grain, colour, edge profile and character. Copper may develop patina over time. Reasonable natural variation is part of the material character and is not itself a manufacturing defect.

6. Cancellation

Where goods are genuinely made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights applicable to standard distance-sale goods may not apply. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods.

7. Delivery

Delivery charges and arrangements depend on destination, order size and access. Customers are responsible for providing accurate access information.

8. Manufacturer guarantee

POSH intends to provide a 12-month manufacturer guarantee against manufacturing defects. It will not replace statutory rights. Final guarantee wording will be confirmed before live trading and may exclude normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, inappropriate cleaning, natural timber variation and expected copper patina where lawful.

9. Commercial orders

Hospitality, trade and volume orders may be subject to separately agreed quotations, specifications and commercial terms.
